Ameer e jamat e islami hind raised some serious concern over the establishment of central madarsa board. Speaking in a press conference he said that no one ever intervened in functioning of madarsa since freedom and even in British period. These kind of intervention started since 9/11 incidence under the leadership of imperial U.S.A. He said that every group and all major madarsa is against this board like nadwa,mazahiral uloom,jamia salfia and others. He said these kind of boards will hamper the very objective of madarsa moreover it will lead to much serious intervention by Indian government in madarsa’s internal affairs.
Responding on the question of Taliban he said that all news about Taliban comes through Indian and U.S sources only but any group who spread terrorism are against the basic teaching of Islam. He also raised his concern over the terrorist activities in India specially about the bomb blast in malegaon,goa,ajmer and Hyderabad. He said that it is clear now from these incidences that Hindu fascist organizations are also involved in such heinous crime of terrorism; he concluded that terrorism cannot be linked to any particular religion.
On the issue of Muslim personal law he said that it must get more organize so that masses should get rid of complex judicial procedures even for small matters. Moreover he demanded for an immediate implementation of liberhan commission,sachar committee and ranganthan mishra commission reports. He also emphasized that government should focus 96% of Muslim students who are not studying in madarsa.
