Under Vision 2016 Programme the Economical development of under privileged and weaker people especially the Ummah got top priority. The task force to constituted to develop interest Micro Finance under the leadership of Mr. Arshad Ajmal Patna worked hard to develop system, products and interest free micro finance models they succeeded in developing the desire model both Sharia compliance as well as within the term and condition as laid by the co-operative societies acts of India.

In order to explain and educate the practicing micro finance activist a four days national Orientation training progamme was conducted from august 1 to 4 2009 at Hyderabad. 80 Selected practitioner and NGO from 14 State on India have attended the camp the camp dealt with theory of micro finance, Islamic guidance for making its interest free, different working models in India and abroad, system etc, apart from field visit in different villages of R.R. Dist in A.P where self help are functioning.
In the inaugural function held at Hotel Golconda Hyderabad the Architect of Vision 2016 Prof.K.Siddique Hasan Naib Ameer J.I.H explain the situation of Muslims in India on power point and expressed the urgency of addressing the economical problems of people living below poverty line and lower middle class people. He emphasis that muslim with this Socio-economical condition cannot fulfill the responsibilities of Khair-e-Ummah and Shoda Allan Nas and also cannot put the responsibility of the development over others. He said it is most for Muslim community to come forward for them on development and better change.
Mr. Vijay Mahajan, the pioneer of Micro Finance of India, Chairman BASIX addressing the occasion explained the need and just fullness of Interest Free Micro Finance in India he said though Interest in Haram in Islam but to eradicate this Evil transaction with Imandari is a must he appreciated the efforts of Human Welfare Trust to fight out the interest base Micro Finance in India.

• Road map for Interest Free Micro Finance etc.
